Delete your Retail Setu account
Retail Setu users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data without needing to keep the app installed.
How to request deletion
- Tap the WhatsApp button below.
- Send the pre-filled account deletion request.
- Provide your registered mobile number or email so we can verify that the account belongs to you.
- After verification, we will process the deletion request and confirm completion.

What we delete
- Account/profile information that is not required to be retained.
- Stored personal contact and business profile data associated with the account, where deletion is permitted.
- Other account-linked personal data that is no longer required for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
Information we may need to retain
Some order, invoice, transaction, fraud-prevention or compliance records may be retained where required by applicable law, tax/accounting obligations, dispute resolution or legitimate security needs. Where possible, data that is no longer needed will be deleted or de-identified.
